Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Trauma Sales Representative in Toledo, OH. You will manage a designated territory, provide on-site product support for trauma procedures, and educate OR teams on product usage and new offerings.

You will maintain inventory, conduct customer visits, and respond to on-call trauma case needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Travel up to 30% is required as part of territory coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of related experience.
• Ability to participate in on-call schedule (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
• Experience presenting products or performing demonstrations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a designated territory to achieve sales goals and market growth.
• Provide on-site support for trauma procedures with the right products and instruments.
• Educate surgeons and OR staff on product functionality and new offerings.
