Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Trauma Sales Representative to manage a designated territory, provide OR support, and act as a product expert for trauma solutions. The role emphasizes clinical collaboration, customer engagement, and sales performance in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

The position requires on-call availability including nights, weekends, and holidays, valid driver's license, and travel within the territory. Prior medical device sales experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR 4+ years of clinical healthcare or sales experience.
• Willingness to participate in on-call schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Preferred: 1+ year of medical device, healthcare, or B2B sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve revenue, case coverage, and market share objectives for Stryker Trauma products.
• Provide in-person clinical and technical support during orthopedic trauma procedures in operating rooms and ER settings.
• Build and maintain relationships with orthopedic surgeons, OR staff, ER personnel, and healthcare decision-makers.
• Respond to customer requests and case support needs, including urgent after-hours trauma procedures requiring on-call coverage.
• Conduct product demonstrations, evaluations, and educational programs to support adoption and utilization.
• Manage inventory, consignment assets, and surgical instrument sets to maintain product availability.
• Monitor account activity, competitive trends, and territory performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Document sales activities and compliance in line with company policies.
