Baptist Health in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Trauma/General Med Surg Registered Nurse to oversee patient care on the third shift. You will supervise nursing staff, perform assessments, and collaborate with physicians to ensure high-quality, continuous care.

Requires nursing degree, active RN license, and BLS; BSN preferred. Additional certifications may be required depending on assignment. Regular full-time hours with weekend work are expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing required.
• BSN degree preferred.
• Active RN licensure required, BLS required, Additional certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, etc) may be required depending upon area assigned.
• Ability to observe, assess, and record work, safety and infection control standards.

Responsabilités

• The RN shall be responsible for the general supervision and coordination of activities of nursing personnel on shift, and during weekends and holidays.
• Utilize the nursing process in patient assessments, planning of care, and performance of care interventions.
• The RN will collaborate with Physicians and other healthcare clinicians in the planning and implementation of patient care.
• This position may have additional duties assigned that are within scope of the role.
