Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead nursing staff on shift, ensuring quality and continuity of patient care at Baptist Medical Center South in Jacksonville.

You will use the nursing process for patient assessments and care planning, collaborate with Physicians and other clinicians, and fulfill duties within the scope of the role, including coordination on evenings and weekends as required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing required, BSN degree preferred.
• Active RN licensure required, BLS required.
• ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, etc may be required depending upon area assigned.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff on shift, weekends and holidays.
• Coordinate activities to ensure quality and continuity of patient care.
• Utilize the nursing process for patient assessments and care planning.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians in patient care.
