Baptist Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to oversee nursing staff on a shift, including weekends and holidays, ensuring quality and continuity of patient care. The RN will apply the nursing process for assessments, care planning, and interventions while collaborating with physicians.

Candidates must hold an active RN license, be BLS certified, and may need ACLS/PALS/NRP/TNCC depending on unit. A nursing degree is required, with BSN preferred. Flexible, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing is required.
• Active RN licensure is required; BLS certification is required.
• Additional certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, etc) may be required depending upon area assigned

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate nursing personnel on shift, including weekends and holidays.
• Coordinate patient care using the nursing process for assessments, planning, and interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinicians to implement care plans; perform additional duties as assigned
