Job summary

Urban Peak Denver is seeking a Young Adult Life Skills Manager to supervise youth in shelter and housing programs, delivering trauma-informed services and maintaining safety. You will document services, collect data, and coordinate with staff to support youth toward self-sufficiency.

The role requires experience in human services or homeless youth work, Crisis Intervention skills, and strong data entry abilities, with preference for bilingual candidates.

Qualifications

• Two years of college or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent with six+ years in human services or homeless youth experience.
• QMAP certification or eligibility is required/preferred.

Responsibilities

• Document admission records and services provided.
• Maintain accurate data and fill out the communication log.
• Coordinate crisis intervention and de-escalation when needed.
• Facilitate group activities and supervise youth.
• Ensure trauma-informed interactions and safety for youth and staff.
