Urban Peak in Denver seeks a Young Adult Shelter Program Manager to oversee the 24/7 shelter for youth ages 18-24, ensuring staffing coverage, trauma-informed care, and strong data quality in HMIS/Salesforce. You will collaborate with the Assistant Director to develop programs, manage volunteers, and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities include supervising Life Skill Managers, coordinating with multiple departments, and ensuring compliance with health regulations and program grants.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree plus relevant experience as stated.
• Supervisory experience and program management preferred.
• Proven data quality and confidentiality practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide milieu supervision and trauma-informed support for youth.
• Oversee documentation in Salesforce and maintain client records.
• Coordinate shelter operations, staffing, and training.
• Ensure program compliance with grants and licensing requirements.
• Supervise staff and manage budgets and vendor relationships.
