Job summary

Thompson is seeking a Case Manager to deliver dependency case management services for families with verified abuse history. You will coordinate services, link high-need youth with providers, and engage kin to build protective capacity toward a stable home.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience equivalent to one year of full-time professional work providing child welfare services.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must pass a drug screen and all required background checks including fingerprinting.

Responsibilities

• Provide dependency case management services to families with verified abuse history and an open dependency case.
• Crisis management, linking youth/caregivers to service providers, writing court reports, and testifying in court.
• Face-to-face engagement with high-need youth and families in the community; on-call after hours and weekends.
