Job summary

Thompson, an established nonprofit, is hiring a Case Manager to support families with verified abuse history and open dependency cases across Tennessee. You will manage crisis, connect youth and caregivers to services, and prepare court reports while engaging with youth and families on-site and in the community.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of child welfare experience; valid driver’s license and background checks are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 1 year of professional work in child welfare or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide dependency case management services for high-need youth in out-of-home care.
• Engage kin and fictive kin to increase protective capacity and ensure safe homes.
