Job summary

Thompson Child & Family Focus - a Child's Place Program in Nashville seeks a Case Manager to provide dependency case management for families with verified abuse history, coordinating services to keep youth safe.

You will manage crisis, connect youth and caregivers to providers, write court reports, and may testify in court; face-to-face engagement with high-need teens is common, with on-call nights/weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience equivalent to one year of full-time professional work providing child welfare services.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must pass a drug screen and all required background checks including fingerprinting.

Responsibilities

• Provide dependency case management services to families with verified abuse history.
• Manage crisis, link youth/caregivers to service providers, and engage kin for protective capacity.
• Write court reports and testify in court; conduct face-to-face engagement with high-need youth and families.
