This role involves crisis management, connecting youth and caregivers with services, writing court reports, testifying, and in-person engagement with families, with on-call coverage as needed. A Bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience in child welfare services or related fields is preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide dependency case management services for families with verified abuse history and open dependency cases.
• Manage crisis, link youth/caregivers to service providers, write court reports, testify in court, and engage families in the community.
