Job summary

Thompson is a long-standing organization providing prevention, mental health services, and foster care across multiple states. We are seeking a Case Manager to support high-need youth in out-of-home care, coordinating services and engaging kin to ensure a safe, stable home environment.

You will handle crisis management, connect families with resources, document court-related activities, and participate in court proceedings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience equivalent to one year of full-time professional work providing child welfare services.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must pass a drug screen and all required background checks including fingerprinting.

Responsibilities

• Provide dependency case management services to families with verified abuse history and open dependency cases.
• Manage crisis, link youth/caregivers to service providers, write court reports, testify in court, and engage with youth/family face-to-face in the community.
