Job summary

WellLife Network in Dix Hills, NY is seeking a dedicated Child Support Professional to provide care, supervision, and therapeutic support for youth in residence. The role emphasizes trauma-informed practices, safety, and family engagement within the Community Residence Program.

You will contribute to individualized care plans, supervision, and skill-building while ensuring documentation and reporting are accurate and timely. A valid NY driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• A valid New York State driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care, supervision, and therapeutic support to youth in residence.
• Teach daily living and independent living skills, track progress, and maintain a therapeutic milieu.
• Escort residents to appointments and activities, providing supervision and transportation.
• Complete all required documentation accurately and on time, and promptly report incidents.

Education
