Unbound Now seeks a dedicated Advocate to provide crisis response and ongoing case management for youth survivors of sex trafficking. The role emphasizes trauma-informed care, confidentiality, and culturally competent service delivery within a collaborative MDT framework.

The Advocate will coordinate safety plans, accompany survivors to appointments, and document services while building trust with families and partners.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field
• Experience working with victims of human trafficking, child abuse and neglect, or youth homelessness/addiction preferred
• Lived experience of trafficking or exploitation preferred
• Preferred 2–3 years of case management and/or crisis intervention experience
• Trained in trauma-informed care
• Trained in stages of change model and use of motivational interviewing

Responsabilidades

• Respond to calls from law enforcement and other sources; arrive at survivor locations within required time frames
• Provide ongoing field-based advocacy, case management and emotional support
• Coordinate referrals, service planning and documentation for caseload
• Develop service plans and make decisions in the field regarding safety and wellbeing
• Attend CPS case staffings and MDT meetings; participate in weekly advocacy team activities
• Maintain case documentation within 72 hours and build relationships with partner agencies
