Urban Peak in Denver seeks a Young Adult Shelter Program Manager to oversee the 24/7 Young Adult Shelter, ensuring staffing, operations, and safety for youth 18-24. You will supervise Life Skill Managers, volunteers, and relief staff, and collaborate with the Assistant Director of Shelter Services.

The role emphasizes trauma-informed care, adherence to health department regulations, and data accuracy in HMIS/Salesforce.

Formación

• Master's or Bachelor's with relevant experience in youth services.
• Experience supervising shelter staff is preferred.
• Strong data quality and confidentiality practices.

Responsabilidades

• Provide trauma-informed supervision for shelter milieu and staff.
• Ensure 24/7 shelter operations staffing and coverage.
• Maintain HMIS/Salesforce data quality and reporting.
• Oversee program compliance, grants and licensing requirements.
• Coordinate training and meetings; manage volunteers.
