Mn Adult & Teen Challenge is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to support Withdrawal Management, assess patients, monitor withdrawal, and coordinate care in a multidisciplinary setting. The RN will conduct screenings, manage medications, and ensure trauma-informed care.

Schedule: on-site, part-time, cover shifts as needed. Qualifications include MN RN license, CPR, 3+ years of nursing, and experience with CIWA-Ar/COWS; EHR experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Minnesota or equivalent
• CPR certification on hire or during onboarding
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience
• Experience with nursing assessments, health screenings, medication reconciliation, and triage
• Knowledge of withdrawal management and SUD treatment principles
• Experience using withdrawal tools CIWA-Ar and COWS
• Familiarity with ASAM criteria and level-of-care concepts
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Experience with EHR/EMR and healthcare tech systems
• Commitment to trauma-informed, person-centered care

Responsabilités

• Perform nursing intake assessments and triage for admissions
• Monitor withdrawal symptoms and treatment progress
• Coordinate care with treatment teams and external providers
• Manage medications, education, and adherence to protocols
• Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
