Job summary

Minnesota Adult & Teen Challenge is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Withdrawal Management team. You will provide nursing care, assess withdrawal risk, coordinate admissions, and support recovery-oriented care in a multidisciplinary setting.

Full-time, on-site role with shift options. Requires current MN RN license, CPR, and 3+ years of nursing experience; knowledge of CIWA-Ar/COWS and ASAM criteria is preferred. Competitive benefits and a values-driven workplace.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain during onboarding.
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments, monitor withdrawal symptoms, and manage medications.
• Coordinate admissions and liaise with treatment team for safe, trauma-informed care.
• Maintain documentation in the electronic health record and ensure regulatory compliance.
