Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum three years of direct service experience in a social service setting.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply trauma-informed, client-centered approaches.
• Conduct client safety assessments and risk management planning.
• Provide crisis intervention and direct assistance to victims.
• Advocate for clients with public entitlements and system resources.
• Maintain accurate case records in the web-based system.
• Participate in supervision, trainings, and outreach events.
• Collaborate with Safe Horizon programs to link clients to services.
