Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, human services, organizational development, or related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in training, facilitation, or workforce development, preferably in child welfare or residential care.
• Certified TCI trainer preferred or ability to become certified upon hire.
• Experience in adult learning, coaching, and trauma-informed systems change.
• Excellent communication, organization, and instructional design skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee training, onboarding, and staff development initiatives across the RTC.
• Deliver trauma-informed, youth-centered care training and related sessions.
• Collaborate with agency leaders and subject matter experts to design engaging learning experiences.
• Track staff training compliance with OCFS and internal standards.
• Maintain a centralized training calendar and document attendance, certifications, and evaluations.
• Coordinate Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) training, scheduling, recertification, and external facilitators.
• Identify training needs with QA, HR, and program leadership to drive CQI.
• Support outreach to bolster recruitment through training and community events.
