Job summary
Archdiocese of San Antonio is seeking a Lead Medical Coordinator to oversee medical services for unaccompanied children. You will hire, train, and supervise the medical team, applying best practices to safeguard health and safety while ensuring policy compliance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related health field or higher health qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of public health or healthcare experience; supervisory experience preferred.
- Ability to coordinate medical staff and ensure policy compliance.
Responsibilities
- Provide supervision and guidance to the medical team and monitor daily practices.
- Perform triage assessments and coordinate medical responses or referrals.
- Participate in case staffings and follow up with recommendations.
- Compile, maintain and submit accurate records per policy and standards.
- Coordinate with ORR Medical team and ensure timely documentation in UAC Portal.
- On-call duties after hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
