This role focuses on ensuring culturally, geographically, and linguistically appropriate services, supporting implementation of guidelines, workflows, and best practices for the 988 and Regional Crisis Line.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding and ongoing training to support staff competency in crisis services provided through the 988.
• Develop or update training materials as needed, but primarily support delivery of training developed by the 988.
