Frontier Behavioral Health in Spokane is seeking a Part-Time Trainer for the 988 National Suicide Prevention Contact Hub to deliver and oversee staff onboarding and ongoing training in crisis services.
This role focuses on ensuring culturally, geographically, and linguistically appropriate services, supporting implementation of guidelines, workflows, and best practices for the 988 and Regional Crisis Line.

The Part-Time Trainer for the 988 National Suicide Prevent Contact Hub provides training and instruction to 988 Contact Hub staff in accordance with established program guidelines, workflows, and best practices. Trainings support the implementation of culturally, geographically, and linguistically appropriate services for crisis calls. This position focuses on facilitating onboarding and ongoing training to support staff competency in crisis services provided through the 988 and the Regional Crisis Line (RCL). The 988 Contact Hub Trainer may assist with the development or updating of training materials as needed but primarily supports the implementation and delivery of training developed by the 988
