Job summary

Frontier Behavioral Health seeks a Supervisor II to lead Mobile Crisis Assessment and Treatment teams in Spokane. The role requires crisis intervention expertise, supervision of staff, and coordination with medical and community partners to prevent inpatient admissions.

Strong communication and organizational skills are essential. Applicants must hold a Master’s degree in behavioral sciences, meet DOH credential requirements, and have a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in the behavioral sciences.
• Two years’ post-master’s degree crisis intervention experience.
• Must meet DOH credential requirements (LAAC/LMHCA/LICSWA/LMFTA) and obtain active credential within 6 months.
• Valid driver’s license with insurance and ability to use personal vehicle.
• Strong supervisory, training and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly supervision to mobile crisis response staff.
• Coordinate crisis intervention and stabilization services.
• Assess and plan care, develop safety plans and referrals.
• Engage with courts, law enforcement and community partners.
