Job summary

Health Connect America in North Carolina is seeking a licensed Therapist to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to children, families, and individuals. You’ll develop treatment plans, provide individual, group, and family sessions, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, client-centered care.

You’ll work in a dynamic, trauma-informed setting, maintain thorough documentation, and participate in outreach to promote services and improve access to mental health

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Human Services required.
• Must hold one of the following licenses in North Carolina: LPCA, LCSWA, LMFTA or LCASA.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical care and develop treatment plans for clients.
• Provide individual, group, and family sessions to address mental health challenges.
• Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and provide crisis intervention when necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions and progress notes.
