Job summary

Health Connect America in North Carolina is seeking a licensed Therapist to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to children, families, and individuals. You’ll develop treatment plans, provide individual, group, and family sessions, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, client-centered care.

You’ll work in a dynamic, trauma-informed setting, maintain thorough documentation, and participate in outreach to promote services and improve access to mental health

Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Human Services required.
Must hold one of the following licenses in North Carolina: LPCA, LCSWA, LMFTA or LCASA.

Responsibilities

Deliver clinical care and develop treatment plans for clients.
Provide individual, group, and family sessions to address mental health challenges.
Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and provide crisis intervention when necessary.
Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions and progress notes.
