Job summary

Health Connect America in North Carolina is seeking a licensed therapist to provide high-quality behavioral health services to youth and families in community settings. You will conduct assessments, treatment planning, individual, family, and group therapy, and collaborate with schools and care teams to promote meaningful progress.

Success requires strong clinical skills, empathy, and clear documentation. Responsibilities include crisis intervention, safety planning, and tailoring interventions

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in SW, Counseling or related field.
• Associate license (LCSWA or LCMHCA) required.
• Experience with evidence-based behavioral health approaches preferred.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, family, and group therapy using evidence-based interventions.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and create treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and care teams to support client progress.
• Offer crisis intervention and safety planning when needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with policies.
