Health Connect America seeks a licensed behavioral health therapist to deliver individualized services within our Pinnacle Family Services network. You will work with families and multidisciplinary teams to support client success and resilience in North and South Carolina.

The role emphasizes trauma-informed care, evidence-based treatments, and community-based service delivery, with opportunities for professional growth and cross-state collaboration.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Must hold a LMSW, LMFT-A, or LPC-A license.
• Experience conducting behavioral health assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and use evidence-based tools to identify client strengths, needs, and treatment recommendations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals in collaboration with clients and families.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based interventions for anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions.
• Monitor client progress, maintain ongoing communication and follow-up, and adjust treatment interventions as needed.
• Provide crisis intervention, safety planning, and referrals to additional resources.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
