Job summary

Health Connect America is seeking Therapists to deliver evidence-based mental health services in community settings across the Carolinas. You will assess clients, plan treatments, and provide individual, family, and group therapies to promote emotional wellness and positive outcomes.

Role involves crisis intervention, collaboration with families and schools, and adherence to policies and state regulations. Licensure or licensure-eligibility is required, with ongoing professional development

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field required.
• Licensed or license-eligible (LMSW, LMFT-A, or LPC-A).
• Experience with behavioral health assessments, treatment planning, and interventions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and identify client needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based methods.
• Monitor progress, adjust interventions, and maintain documentation.
• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning; refer to resources as needed.
