Health Connect America is seeking a Therapist to deliver high-quality behavioral health services to clients and families. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, family, and group therapies.

Expect collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, careful documentation, and adherence to accrediting standards. The role emphasizes trauma-informed, client-centered care with opportunities for professional development and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field required.
• Must hold a LMSW, LMFT-A, or LPC-A license.
• Experience conducting behavioral health assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments using evidence-based tools to identify client strengths and needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals in collaboration with clients and families.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based interventions for anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral concerns.
• Monitor progress, maintain documentation, and adjust interventions to achieve positive outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention, safety planning, and referrals to additional resources as needed.
