Pinnacle Family Services, part of Health Connect America, is seeking a licensed behavioral health therapist to provide high-quality services to children and families in North and South Carolina. You’ll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based approaches.

Formación

• Experience conducting behavioral health assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions preferred.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches, trauma-informed care, and crisis intervention.
• Excellent communication, documentation, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and identify client strengths, needs, and treatment recommendations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals in collaboration with clients and families.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based interventions for anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral concerns.
• Monitor client progress, maintain ongoing communication and follow-up, and adjust interventions as needed.
• Provide crisis intervention, safety planning, and referrals to additional resources and support services.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation complying with policies, payer requirements, accreditation standards, and state regulations.
