Health Connect America is seeking a licensed behavioral health therapist to provide individualized services across North and South Carolina. The role emphasizes trauma-informed, client-centered care and collaboration with families, schools, and community resources.

The position offers opportunities for professional development and working within a multidisciplinary team to support client success, with a strong focus on evidence-based practices and compassionate care.

Competenze

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field required.
• Must hold LMSW, LMFT-A, or LPC-A license.
• Experience conducting behavioral health assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions preferred.

Mansioni

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments using evidence-based tools to identify client needs and treatment recommendations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals in collaboration with clients and families.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based interventions.
• Monitor client progress, maintain ongoing communication and follow-up, and adjust treatment accordingly.
• Provide crisis intervention, safety planning, and referrals to additional resources as needed.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
