HUMAN SERVICE CHAMBER OF FRANKLIN COUNTY is seeking a Prep Academy Manager of Therapeutic Services to oversee Therapeutic Group Specialists and Preschool Teachers, ensuring developmentally appropriate, trauma-informed care. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling
• Current licensure in Ohio preferred (LSW/LPC)
• Rendering Provider number required based on licensure level
• National Provider Identification (NPI) number required
• Proficiency with MS Windows and Outlook
• Experience with school-age and/or preschool children preferred

Responsibilities

• Create welcoming, inclusive environment for clients and partners.
• Incorporate Trauma-Informed Care across services.

• Ensure trauma-informed, evidence-based services are delivered.
• Hire, train, supervise staff and manage performance.
• Support zero-restraint culture in Prep Academy.
• Provide training on documentation, child development and new processes.
• Offer day-to-day coaching to staff.
• Oversee curriculum aligned with standards and trauma-informed practices.
• Manage daily operations: scheduling, staffing, and resources.
• Monitor child progress and behavioral supports.
