Job summary

Thistle Farms in Nashville is seeking a Manager of Residential Care and Support to oversee daily operations of the Safe House and Long-Term Residential Program, ensuring trauma-informed, survivor-centered services. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum five years of progressive experience in residential services or related human services.
• Two years of supervising multi-disciplinary teams.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; travel between properties.
• Pre-hire background screening clearance.
• Trauma-informed, survivor-centered approach is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Safe House and Long-Term Residential Program.
• Coordinate staffing, admissions, discharges, and transitions.
• Ensure safe, clean, compliant homes and coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Monitor resident care plans, assessments and discharge plans.
• Provide consultation on resident safety and behavioral concerns.
• Ensure services are trauma-informed, recovery-informed and restorative.
• Lead hiring, onboarding and training for Residential Services staff.
• Collaborate with Clinical Director and People & Culture on staff development.
• Manage program budgets and compliance with grants and licensure.
