Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Services or related field.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role with progressive responsibility.
• Experience with behavioral health programs, trauma-informed care, and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Administers Behavioral Health Programs including Residential, Outpatient Therapy, Mentoring, RHY, Intake/Assessment, ABA, and Prevention.
• Ensures compliance with program standards and regulations; writes, monitors, and reports for grants.
• Networks with community partners and manages budgets; trains staff and monitors model fidelity.
