Job summary

Park Center in Nashville, Tennessee seeks a Therapy Services Manager to provide clinical and operational leadership across IOP and OP programs. The role includes supervising clinicians and interns, maintaining a caseload, and ensuring trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care. Reports to the Director of Clinical Services.

The manager directs day-to-day operations, coordinates scheduling and coverage, and collaborates with partners to improve service quality and program growth.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current unrestricted Tennessee license for independent clinical practice (LPC-MHSP, LCSW, LMFT or equivalent).
• Clinical experience with mental health and co-occurring substance use disorders; outpatient services and crisis response.
• Experience supervising clinical staff or interns; program coordination/management.
• Knowledge of ethics, confidentiality, documentation, payer requirements and regulations.
• Ability to manage a clinical caseload, supervise, and coordinate program operations; strong cross-disciplinary communication.
• Eligible to provide licensure supervision as assigned; valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day clinical and operational activities for Therapy Services, including IOP and OP.
• Maintain an active individual therapy caseload; determine visit frequency by clinical need.
• Develop and review treatment plans; coordinate referrals and discharge planning.
• Provide group coverage to support continuity of care; assess risk and ensure documentation compliance.
• Supervise assigned clinical staff and designated interns; provide coaching and development.
• Collaborate with Park Center programs and partners for integrated care; support quality improvement.
