ServiceNet is seeking a compassionate Program Manager to guide staff and residents through personal growth and recovery in Hadley, MA. You will lead a trauma‑informed environment, ensure safety and independence, and support residents with goal achievement.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, collaboration with clinicians, and ongoing professional development within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in mental health field and supervisory/management roles preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Excellent communication, computer, and organizational skills.
• MAP training, PABC, or First Aid a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the group living environment while ensuring high quality resident care.
• Supervise and consult with staff, building a compassionate, skilled, and confident team.
• Mentor residents one‑on‑one to help achieve personal goals and community involvement.
• Collaborate with clinicians to develop person‑centered, trauma‑informed treatment plans.
• Oversee financial assessments and money management plans for residents.
• Manage program schedules, conduct weekly staff meetings, and ensure proper documentation.
