Job summary

Safe Haven is seeking a Therapeutic Services Manager to lead clinical assessments, therapeutic programming, and coordination with mental health partners for families. You will develop referral plans, facilitate group programs at the Community Services Hub, and support trauma-informed practice across staff and leadership.

The role emphasizes meaningful access to high-quality mental health supports, confidential care, and alignment with our trauma-informed approach to family wellness.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a clinical field is required.
• Experience providing trauma-informed services to diverse families desired.
• Strong ability to consult, train, and collaborate with staff and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical/mental health screenings for families referred by program staff.
• Develop referral plans to therapy partners.
• Maintain relationships with mental health and therapy partners; track outcomes.
• Design and facilitate therapeutic group programming at the Community Services Hub.
• Provide clinical consultation to program staff and leadership on complex cases.
• Support staff training in trauma-informed care and vicarious trauma.
• Maintain confidential clinical records in Salesforce.
• Contribute data to grant reports with leadership collaboration.
