Job summary

Hope and Healing Survivor Resource Center in Akron, OH, seeks a Manager of Supportive Services to oversee family services and HUD-funded housing advocacy. The role provides direct supervision to staff and ensures trauma-informed, high-quality service delivery for survivors of domestic and sexual violence and trafficking.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in social work, counseling, criminal justice, or related field required or at least 5 years of experience in related field.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Previous experience in HUD housing programs and case management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the Housing Advocate (HUD) and Family Services Advocate, including interns.
• Manage HUD housing program operations and ensure HUD compliance.
• Oversee family programming within shelter and coordinate access to educational supports and services.
• Collaborate with community organizations to ensure comprehensive survivor care.
