Job summary

The Supportive Services Manager at Victory Programs oversees the daily operations of the Boston Living Center in Back Bay, leading trauma-informed social services, coordinating resources, and maintaining a welcoming environment where members access services with dignity.

Reporting to the Program Director, the role supervises direct services staff, develops individualized service plans, ensures data integrity, and partners with HR on staff training and program development, crisis intervention,

Qualifications

• Masters in social work, human services, healthcare, or related field.
• Three to four years designing, managing, delivering human/housing/services to high acuity populations.
• Experience leading diverse teams in dynamic settings with strong engagement skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• CPR certification and TB screening may be required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervise direct service staff including three case managers and a Peer Recovery Specialist.
• Oversee development and implementation of social, clinical, and housing services with individualized plans.
• Coordinate staff training, coverage, and resource allocation to ensure program delivery.
• Oversee intake, eligibility, orientation, and navigation functions for members.
• Maintain data integrity for member utilization, notes, and files in compliance with requirements.
• Develop and facilitate referral systems and joint case conferencing across departments.
