Job summary

Victory Programs, Inc. is seeking a Recovery Support Specialist to assist in delivering direct care within the New Victories program in Dorchester. The role reports to the Program Director and includes aiding residents with medication monitoring and symptom management.

The position emphasizes compassionate client engagement, group facilitation, and timely documentation in an on-site setting, with duties extending to milieu coverage and referrals as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR certification may be obtained on hire.
• TB screening may be obtained on hire.
• Three professional references; at least two from a manager or supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality, empathetic client service in the program.
• Monitor and document medication administration per procedures.
• Input client data into Electronic Health Records.
• Facilitate and/or co-facilitate client groups; document sessions.
• Provide referrals as needed.
