Job summary

Victory Programs in Boston seeks an Operations Manager to lead daily operations at the Boston Living Center. You will supervise staff, manage scheduling and outreach, oversee supplies, and ensure a safe, trauma-informed milieu for members.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a relevant field and 2+ years' experience in dynamic community settings, with proficiency in Word/Excel and strong communication skills. CPR and TB screening may be obtained on hire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public health, community development, human services, or a relevant field.
• Two years of experience in a dynamic community setting serving diverse clients.
• Experience with high-acuity populations, homelessness prevention, outreach, or human services.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational, writing, and communication skills.
• CPR certified (may be obtained on hire).
• TB screening completed (may be obtained on hire).
• Three professional references, including at least two from managers.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and direction for site and program operations.
• Supervise and train Harm Reduction Coordinator, Receptionist, and Peer Advocates.
• Develop and manage staff schedules and ensure appropriate staffing across peak periods.
• Oversee provision of harm reduction services and procurement of program supplies.
• Coordinate external outreach campaigns and multilingual outreach materials.
• Lead member engagement and navigational assistance, and facilitate referrals.
• Coordinate workshops and peer support group curricula with the Social Services Manager.
• Manage data related to member utilization and coordinate resources.
