Job summary

Victory Programs’ Boston Living Center seeks an Operations Manager to lead daily operations, supervise the Harm Reduction Coordinator, Receptionist, and Peer Advocate, and steward a safe, trauma-informed milieu where members access services with dignity and respect.

The role reports to the Program Director and oversees staff scheduling, outreach, procurement, supply distribution, and site compliance, while maintaining an active presence throughout the program and representing the organization in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• Two years of experience in a dynamic community setting.
• Experience with high acuity population and homelessness prevention.
• Proficient Word and Excel skills.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and direction for all site and program operations.
• Supervise and develop Harm Reduction Coordinator, Receptionist, and Peer Advocates with weekly supervision.
• Oversee staffing schedules to ensure coverage and oversee milieu during peak activity.
• Manage procurement, storage, and distribution of program supplies in compliance with requirements.
• Coordinate external outreach campaigns and multilingual, accessible communications.
• Lead member engagement and navigational assistance, maintaining a welcoming environment.
• Coordinate workshops and peer support group curricula with the Social Services Manager.
• Ensure data collection and integrity for member utilization and coordinate resources as needed.
• Address member issues with Program Director and contribute to policy improvements.
• Spearhead special events and provide staffing for meals, events and workshops.
• Establish and maintain service linkages with local providers.
