Qualifications

• Familiarity with local housing resources, public benefits, and community-based services.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Case management software (e.g., CARES).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management, counseling, and resource coordination for shelter clients.
• Conduct needs assessments and develop individualized service plans.
• Connect clients with human service support and DHS guidelines.
• Facilitate group sessions and help move residents to permanent housing.
• Maintain DHS/CARES data and case notes.
• Collaborate with outreach workers, teachers, doctors, and law enforcement.
