Job summary

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Social Work from an accredited university.
• Three years of experience working with homeless populations.
• Familiarity with DHS regulations and DHS Cares Reporting.
• Clinical ability to assess psychosocial status and develop individual living plans.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate clients referred by NYC Department of Homeless Services.
• Develop individual living plans (ILPs) for families and provide therapeutic support.
• Provide clinical supervision to Case Managers.
• Coordinate mental health referrals and services.
• Participate in trainings, supervision, and program evaluation.
