Zusammenfassung

The Spring Shelter, Inc. seeks an experienced Guest Advocate for the Monday-Friday, 3pm-11pm shift to support survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking and human trafficking.

You will manage guest caseloads, provide trauma-informed crisis intervention, advocacy, and referrals within the shelter program. Responsibilities include intake, daily operations, coordination with staff and volunteers, and documentation per policy.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, psychology or related field preferred.
• One year experience in social services preferred.

Aufgaben

• Manage caseload of participants/families, identify goals, create plans, and coordinate access to services.
• Answer crisis line calls with crisis intervention information, safety planning and advocacy; complete intake docs.
• Assist with shelter operations and guest care to maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
