Job summary

The Spring Shelter, Inc. is seeking a full-time Non-Residential Case Manager to provide trauma-informed case management for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and human trafficking in the Sand Springs, OK area.

The role involves conducting intakes, developing individualized service and safety plans, assisting with essential services applications, offering ongoing emotional support, and crisis intervention. Strong collaboration with community partners is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred in related field.
• Experience in domestic violence, sexual assault, or related advocacy settings is beneficial.
• Familiarity with Oklahoma laws and systems impacting survivors.
• PRSS certification is a plus.
• Must be able to sign The Spring's Statement of Faith and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed case management to survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and human trafficking.
• Assist clients with applications and paperwork for employment, housing, healthcare, and services.
• Conduct comprehensive intakes and develop individualized service and safety plans.
• Meet with clients monthly to review goals and update plans.
• Facilitate support groups for non-residential clients and coordinate referrals with partners.
