Job summary

Health Care and Rehabilitation Services in Brattleboro, VT seeks a Residential Supervisor to oversee a designated program and ensure quality care for residents. You will lead direct service staff, manage day‑to‑day operations, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, trauma‑informed care, and excellent communication with care teams. CPR/CPI training and a valid driver’s license may be required; a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in the provision of services to adults in treatment related to a mental health experience.
• Leadership, teaching or training experience.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license; CPR/CPI may be required after hire.

Responsibilities

• Directly hires and supervises a team of Residential Specialists.
• Assesses risk and manages environment of care in collaboration with program coordinators.
• Leads the shift as the point person and oversees shift documentation.
• Ensures compliance with policies and licensing regulations.
• Coordinates transportation to resident appointments and collaborates with care teams.
