Job summary

HCRS is seeking a shift-leading program supervisor at our Brattleboro residential program. The role oversees Residential Specialists, ensures safety and compliance, and coordinates care aligned with individual plans for residents in a trauma-informed environment.

The position requires prior leadership in mental health services, valid driver’s license, and CPR/CPI certifications or willingness to obtain them.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in services to adults in treatment related to mental health.
• Previous leadership, teaching or training experience.
• Reliable transportation. Valid driver’s license may be required to transport residents.
• CPR and CPI certifications required or to be obtained after hire.

Responsibilities

• Directly hires and supervises a team of Residential Specialists.
• Assesses risk and manages environment of care in collaboration with program coordinators.
• Leads the shift as the designated point person and maintains shift documentation.
• Ensures compliance with agency policies and licensing regulations.
• Facilitates scheduling and transportation for resident appointments.
• Collaborates with care teams to create a therapeutic environment aligned with care plans.
