Brown University Health seeks a Residential Care Supervisor to oversee the administrative and clinical supervision of program-based residential care counselors on a 24-hour basis.

You will implement and supervise Individual Behavior Treatment Plans and behavioral management, ensuring compliance with Joint Commission, RI DDD, and hospital policies within a comprehensive academic health system. Strong leadership, communication, and safety culture are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services field.
• Minimum three years of progressive clinical experience in psychiatric child care; two years in a therapeutic community milieu.
• Two years of demonstrated leadership and supervisory potential.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently applies the corporate values and promotes a culture of safety and high quality patient care.
• Oversees administrative and clinical supervision of residential care counselors on a 24-hour basis.
• Implements and supervises Individual Behavior Treatment Plans and behavioral management within the program.
• Ensures compliance with Joint Commission, DCYF and RI DDD requirements and hospital policies.
• Manages staff actions including hiring, orientations, evaluations, scheduling, and formal disciplinary processes.
• Coordinates staff development and LMS training for residential care counselors.
• Facilitates monthly staff meetings and participates in clinical rounds and residential treatment team activities.
• Oversees the physical plant/facility and ensures safe staffing and planning for patient care.
• Provides on-call coverage during weekdays, weekends, and holidays; manages program cash expenditures.
