Centerstone in Tennessee is seeking a School-Based Behavioral Health Liaison to provide face-to-face consultation with teachers, promoting trauma-informed practices and supporting students at risk of emotional/behavioral challenges or SED, including psycho-educational groups.

The role includes facilitating school-family communication, assisting with IEP processes and trauma-informed support plans, and developing and updating treatment plans with thorough documentation.

Formación

• Master’s degree in a relevant behavioral health field is required.
• Experience in clinical treatment planning and DSM usage within internships/practicums.
• Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care and school-based mental health strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Provide face-to-face consultation with teachers to create trauma-informed classrooms.
• Deliver at least one in-person training per year to educators on mental health topics.
• Support school-family communication and assist with IEP processes and trauma-informed plans.
• Develop and update treatment plans and maintain accurate documentation.
• Provide psycho-educational groups and liaise between families and schools.
