Centerstone seeks a School-Based Behavioral Health Liaison to consult with classroom teachers, promoting trauma-informed environments and supporting students at risk of emotional/behavioral issues. The role includes psycho-educational groups and collaboration with families on IEPs to tailor trauma-informed plans.

The position requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent coursework, a valid driver's license, and clinical experience.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in specified fields or equivalent coursework.
• Valid driver's license with eligibility for vehicle policy.
• Clinical experience including internships/practicums.

Responsabilidades

• Provide face-to-face consultation with teachers to promote trauma-informed classrooms.
• Deliver at least one in-person training per year to LEA personnel on mental health topics.
• Assist in school-wide mental health initiatives and prevention strategies.
• Serve as liaison between family and school to support IEP processes.
• Navigate local behavioral health systems and access crisis services.
• Maintain documentation to meet grant and organizational requirements.
• Contribute to development of trauma-informed support plans with schools and families.
